Do you have tracking information for my order?

Your order will only have tracking information if you purchased a shipping option that includes it on checkout. If you did purchase a tracked shipping option this information will be automatically emailed/texted to you when your order ships. Additionally, you can visit the order status page linked in your order confirmation email.

How long before my order ships?

Under typical conditions your is shipped within three days, though often much sooner!

If the product you purchased was a pre-order you will need to check the respective page for the estimated shipping dates.

If you order multiple items, for example an in stock item and some pre-orders, we always ship items separately as they are finished so you are not waiting.

What are the shipping options?

We offer global shipping. Shipping options and rates are shown during checkout.

Do I have to pay taxes/customs on my order?

Applicable taxes are automatically calculated and charged on checkout.

Shipments to the UK and EU are subject to VAT. Additional customs fees may be charged upon delivery to shipments outside of the US, UK and EU.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

Please reach out to us as soon as possible using our contact page with details about what you would like modified. Changes to your order can be only made before it ships.

Do you do custom orders?

We typically do not offer one off/custom requests, but we're happy to hear new ideas! Please reach out using our contact page and let us know what you would like to see. We base new designs off what people request the most.

What is the return policy?

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for any reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, less the original shipping cost. You can return your product for store credit, a different product of the same or less value, or a refund to the original payment method.
