Shipping Pause

We are temporarily pausing fulfillment of U.S. orders from April 24th to May 7th.

Our shipping line has recommended a temporary pause in fulfillment while they review and adjust for the removal of the U.S. de minimis exemption — a policy change that impacts how duties and taxes are applied to shipments under $800 USD. Based on this recommendation, we’ve chosen to hold all outbound U.S. orders during this period to avoid potential delays, unexpected fees, or returned packages.

What this means for you:

  • You can still place an order during this time — it just won’t ship until after May 7th.

  • We’ll resume fulfillment as soon as our shipping partner reinstates service with updated customs handling in place.

  • Canadian and international (non-U.S.) orders are unaffected and will ship as usual.
